For me my fishing started when I was six. My dad took me and my brother to the river and I can still remember my first fish, a perch about 6 oz. But to this day I can still see my float sailing under and the buzz has been there ever since. I tried to get my dad to take me as much as I could, by the time I passed my driving test my fishing became alot more serious. I was on my local fishery about 5 times a week perfecting my fishing. I soon became a match angler which I enjoyed matching 3 times a week. After about 10 years doing this I started targeting the carp, probably been on the carp scene for the last few years and have been lucky enough to catch some stunning fish. 3 years ago I was watching a you tube video on jigging and drop shotting, from then I was hooked. Watching every video I could, hitting all the groups and forums to get as much information and tips I could. Have been lucky enough to fish with some top lure anglers which has helped me out alot along the way. Just love the simplicity of this style of fishing and hoping to progress as far as I can. Big thanks to Dave for giving me this opportunity to take it to the next level
