Built with a super durable graphite body and graphite rotor, these reels also feature a Tough Digigear. This gearing transmits smoothly and efficiently the power of the handle directly to the rotor. The gearing is digitally developed for precision and performance for a long lifespan, smoothness and minimal resistance.
The reel includes an ATD or Automatic Tournament Drag, this implements structural changes that support the spool metal. This additional support reduces spool twist under load, promotes more even pressure on the drag washers and ultimately reduces "pulsing" of the drag when fighting the fish for total smoothness.
Daiwa 18 Ninja LT Spinning Reels are finished off with a powerful yet lightweight machine cut aluminium handle with a soft touch handle knob. It also includes a line clip and an AirBail system.
The shallow spools of the are perfect for all types or lure fishing with braided lines coupled with the Longcast ABS aluminum spool enables extra-long casting distances.
